Wednesday May 25-1932. Letter from Winnie she will come Friday. Ott here for dinner Mrs Gay had men painting the kitchen walls in P.M. I slept awhile. Got some supper. Evening on the porch with Mrs Fisher. showers today Thursday May 26- 1932. I was most of the forenoon putting things to rights in the kitchen Card from Laura. wrote her. Slept in PM. In evening went to Lawn Social at Mrs Youngs with The Byingtons & Hattie. Weather cool Friday May 27- 1932. A special letter from Winnie this A M. She will be here at four PM. William came and look me to the depot to meet her. Cora & Hattie there too. Weather very cool Saturday May 28- 1932. At home all day. Winnie unpacked her things and put them in place. We both slept in PM. Otto Jellison with Blanche & Cora took us up there for the evening to hear Otto sing. Weather still cool. Sunday May 29- 1932. Rob Whetstones birth-day. Rob took Winnie & me to SS & Church. Dinner here at home. Did some writing After supper went to cemetery with The Byingtons, took Hattie with us and had a ride Monday May 30- 1932 Ott took Winnie & me to St Mary Church to Agnes Kings funeral. Then we called on Calista Smith. Home by Bus rested in PM. Evening at home. The Whetstones have company. The Jellisons and The The Peltons of Des Moines
