126 Monday October 10- 1932 Soon after breakfast to Dr Burge office Then came to Bullocks store to see Silas Hatten. Ott Seibert, Maude Kettie & Fanny Evens came to have lunch with me They stayed till four oclock. Anna McCallister came Later we met Mrs [Schuner?] & Sarah and all went to a lovely place for supper on 7- St They left me here a letter from Bro Ott saying Will Misser died suddenly Thursday Tuesday October 11- 1932. I went out to Santa Monica by car. Had dinner with Ed & Roxie. Claude Abernathy came for me to spend a couple of hours. Then brought me back to Robanows. Mrs Searles & Herbert came for me at 4.30 We had a wonderful ride and supper at a fine place They brought me home. Letters from LeGrand Hattie & Mrs Falk. Wednesday October 12- 1932 Went down to Dr Burge office in AM. Then did writing Caroline Peckham came for lunch and stayed till three I did more writing wrote cards to Julia McCallister Mrs Falk Mrs Moore Ott Seibert Will Work & Mrs Huffman Letters to Hattie LeGrand Mrs Gay & Mattie Stitt [Cornel] Briggs & wife here for the evening Thursday October 13- 1932. I was down at R R station to see about ticket. I phoned Cliff Homes office and was told he died suddenly Tuesday and would be buried Friday I sent Rob an air mail letter Letter from Winnie. I went to Dr Burge office after lunch Then to San Pedro by Electric car. To Browns in taxi. After supper drove to Long Beach to find where The Doyles lived
