Tuesday December 27- 1932 Still pleasant. I had so much mail today. I did not feel well. Such a distress early in the day with breathing. Ott took me up town about three oclock. I did some errands and came home in The Bus. I felt better late in the day. Wednesday December 28- 1932. Letter from Laura this AM. I went up town at one oclock with Mary. I waited till three oclock to see Dr Ned Smith. He gave me some medicine. I then went by taxi to Whetstones. They had some ladies in for the afternoon. I did not come home till after supper. Rob brought me. read till bed time Thursday December 29- 1932 I did not do much of any thing. Wrote Winnie in the PM. Ott was here late in afternoon. I got things ready in evening for Emma to sew tomorrow Friday December 30- 1932. Emma came at 8- oclock and by later dinner time had my black satin fixed with plaid trimmings Then she fixed my velvet and green silk dresses She had finished by 5- oclock. Hattie came just then, and later Ott came to take us to Elmer Andersons for supper. Mr & Mrs Lemon was there We had a very pleasant time. Home at ten oclock I went directly to bed I have felt better today. A letter from Winnie She spent Christmas with friends out at Hillsdale
