Thursday February 20th 1930 I wrote Winnie, Mrs Searles and Mollie Stevens. We had callers in the afternoon. Later went down tone. Letters from Mattie Stitt & Alice Condon. weather fine. Friday February 21st 1930 I wrote Hattie and Alice Condon in AM, We went to town early in the afternoon to a picture show. No letters. The Falks had company to play cards. Saturday February 22nd 1930 I crotched in AM and wrote Mable McDougall, Ott Seibert and Tishie Hedges. A very warm day. We made some calls in afternoon. I was at Miss Stackstaters rooms. The Kimbals here in evening. Sunday February 23rd 1930 We went in to church. I was at The Presbyterian. A very warm day. Letters from Laura and Hattie. I wrote Cousin Jen and Alberta. We rode down town before supper. Evening listening to radio. Monday February 24th 1930 We drove to Orlando to visit Mrs Seaton. Took Mrs Corthell along. A delightful day. Pleasantly spent. Listening to radio in evening, to bed early. Tuesday February 25th 1930 I wrote Hattie and Laura in AM. Rested awhile after dinner. When we went down town. I looked for a suitcase and went to The office to see if I could go by Louisville on my ticket. Could not do so. letter from Ella Nagle. Evening listening to radio.
