Sunday June 1st 1930 I went to S S and Baccalaureate sermon with Andersons. After dinner Ott here with John Helmich. A Mr John Byington called. Ott went on up to Hatties and she and Hattie Miller went with him when he took John Helmich to the train. Then they came for me to go to The Cemetery. We girls stopped to hear band concert. The girls came home with me for supper. The Jellisons started home late and Cora went with them. A busy day. Monday June 2nd 1930 I did not go to commencement. I felt too tired. Wrote Mrs Falk and Mrs Will Culbertson in AM. Later wrote M E Culbertson. Slept awhile and read in a book. It has turned warm. Tishie Hedges to call. Letter from Emma Herriott. Tuesday June 3rd 1930 I did some washing. Got my dinner, wrote to Birdie. Slept in PM. Read a book set on the porch. Wednesday June 4th 1930 I did ironing and some sewing. had a letter from Winnie.
