Tuesday November 4th 1930 I did not do much today. Slept in PM. I called Dr Harold Smith and he sent me medicine. I went across the street to vote after supper and to The Library. My expense when away was $127.40 for ticket. Other expense $73.20, total $200.60. Letter from Alice Condon. Wednesday November 5th 1930 Letters from Mabel McDougall & Winnie. Mary took me to The church at noon. Buddy there too for his dinner. A nice meeting. Mrs George Miller brought me home. Thursday November 6th 1930 Hattie here part of the AM. Mrs Gay having windows fixed for winter. Wrote Winnie. Mary came for me. I stayed till bed time. She & William brought me home. Friday November 7th 1930 William took me up town. Was at Otts office. Went to see Dr Smith about sore on my face. Did other errands and walked home. Wrote Mattie Stitt. Rob took me up there for PM. Cora not well. Weather fine. Saturday November 8th 1930 Bro Ott here for dinner. William took me to the cemetery at two oclock. I spent some time there and rode back with some people I knew. Evening reading. Sunday November 9th 1930 To church with Ott. Dinner at home. Later went with the Byingtons to Washington Co. Dark when we got home. I wrote Mrs Wilson, Laura, Margie Hartsock & Alice Condon in the evening. Then went to bed. Very tired.
