Wednesday March 16th 1927 I knit on bead bag in forenoon. Later wrote Ella Nagle. Had a letter from William. Before supper walked to the PO. Went up on the hill in the evening to a concert with The Johnsons. A beautiful day. Thursday March 17th 1927 I wrote to Dottie in the AM. After early lunch Miss Reid and I went to Newark to picture show. When we got home found Ida here. She reports Harry some better. I had letters from Bro Ott, Winnie, Lydia and Cousin Jen. She sent clippings to let me know Arch Stinson was instantly killed Monday afternoon when riding alone in his Automobile. I feel so sad about it. Friday March 18th 1927 I wrote letters all forenoon, Cousin Jen, Bro Ott, Winnie & Lydia. I went to a church affair with Ida in afternoon and to a recital with Miss Reid in evening. Saturday March 19th 1927 It rained very hard in the morning. I knit some on my bag and read. I went to the PO late in afternoon and to Dr Hasicks office. I paid him 5.00 for taking care of sore on my neck. Sunday March 20 1927 Ida sick all day. I went to church and came home in a hard rain. Mr & Mrs Moore here a little while. They brought the car over for their son. I read in the afternoon. Slept awhile. Radio music in evening.
