Saturday June 11th 1927 Rob took Hattie & me down town. She went with me to look at furniture. I went on to my rooms. The men brought my bed. I was there most of the day. I went up town for lunch and bought another table. There was a hard shower in the afternoon. Home by taxi. I lay on the couch all evening listening to radio. "Lindberg Day." Sunday June 12th 1927 Hattie to S S and church and home with Ott for dinner. I wrote Cousin Jen and Warner McCall. I went down to my rooms in afternoon. I looked over old letters &c. Home with Rob at supper time. I wrote Winnie in the evening. Monday June 13th 1927 I came down to the rooms in the truck. I went up town for lunch. Ott happened in and I ate with him. I did some errands. Was at MacNamaras store to look at bed couch and chair that later in the day Hattie went with me and I decided to buy. I put away my dishes today. Had letter from Mrs Falk and Harry Mason. Tuesday June 14th 1927 I came down town in the truck. Was at Dr Strykers for my feet. Did some errands and had some lunch at the rooms. Hattie came and we went to a show. We stopped at McNamaras to select furniture. We stayed till they brought it up. A davenport and chair. I did some things and read a little. We went home in a taxi. I went to bed early, very tired.
