Thursday November 17th 1927 I was home sewing all day. Fixed my brown dress. Walked to prayer meeting in the evening. weather cool. Friday November 18th 1927 I worked at my tatting. I was over where the ladies are getting ready for rummage sale in afternoon. Letter from Laura and wrote to her. Evening with Mrs Doyle. Saturday November 19th 1927 I was busy all AM. Hattie came for dinner. Later I went over where she was helping with rummage sale. A special delivery letter from Ida says she will come soon., Sunday November 20th 1927 Ott took me to S S and Hattie and me to her house after church. I had a chance to come back to my rooms in the truck from the store the boy came up to the house. Wrote Joe Woolf and Mrs Falk in the evening. Charlie & Idas wedding day. Monday November 21st 1927 I went up town in AM. Ott was here for dinner. I cut out a slip for my blue dress and sewed in PM. Mollie Stevens came for supper. Later Hattie came and Floyd Stevens who took in their car to hear John McCormick sing. Very fine. Letter from Winnie Tuesday November 22nd 1927 I sewed all the forenoon. At two oclock I went up town, got my little clock and went out to Mrs Robs house to have my hair taken care of. Washed a dress after some mending. Went to bed early. It us 20 years today since Father died.
