Saturday March 31st 1928 I wrote Bro Ott & Winnie in the forenoon. Soon after dinner Mr Albers came to take me up town. I did some errands and went to Lizzie Duncans. Carl brought me home. A letter from Hattie, others enclosed. Sunday April 1st 1928 A very nice day. We all went to S S and church, met many I knew. Edith took Lydia out in the afternoon. Laura and I took a nap. Mr Hall here in evening. Monday April 2nd 1928 There was a strong wind all day. Lena did washing. I was home all day. Read some and slept in PM. Had letter from Bro Ott, wrote Mrs Pickens, Hattie & L D L. A year ago today reached here from Ohio. George Bremner died. Tuesday April 3rd 1928 A windy ugly day. Home all day. Visited with the folks. Read & slept. Letters from Ida & Winnie. Wednesday April 4th 1928 It rained part of the day. I wrote Edith Whetstone, Winnie & Ron. Slept in PM. We all went to church supper in evening. A very pleasant time. No mail. Thursday April 5th 1928 Home all day. Wrote Hattie, Mollie Stevens and W B Mc---. It was rainy and I slept in afternoon.
