Wednesday October 31st 1928 I fixed my fur piece in AM. Went out to Ida Andersons in afternoon and up town before supper. Gertrude Smith sent the evening with me. Thursday November 1st 1928 I went up town in AM. Got back Valance. Paid rent. I was sewing most of the afternoon, but was in the attic looking over my things. Word this evening it that Coras Mother is very bad. It rained all PM. I wrote Mrs Doyle and Gertrude Mitchell in evening. Friday November 2nd 1928 It rained all day. I was up town of an errand early. Put in the day sewing. Letter from Mary Lake. Was down stairs in evening listening to Hoover speak. Saturday November 3rd 1928 Was up town for meat. Hattie came for dinner. I went up with her again. Sewed the rest of the day. Letter from Lydia. Wrote her and other mail. To the office after supper. Read the papers in evening. Sunday November 4th 1928 Went to S S & church with Ott. Hattie not there. Rode home with Anderson. Copied Elder Daughters notes in PM. Went to call at Swishers and from there to Vespers. Hattie came and Rob took me home. Evening at Byingtons. William came for me Wrote Winnie. Monday November 5th 1928 Went up to Ott office to get ballot fixed. Did some washing and other work. After supper took osteopathic treatment and to [Stefonson?] lecture could not get in. The Ensigns Hattie brought me home.
