Friday November 16th 1928 It rained all day. Art Mc--- came over while we were at breakfast. Letter from Alice Condon. I wrote Hattie & Lydia. Spent the time visiting. Glad to be here. Saturday November 17th 1928 Soon after breakfast Elizabeth came and we spent the forenoon down town among the stores. After dinner she and Art Mc--- came and took Jane and me to the market and about town to ride. Letters from Winnie & Jesse Henderson. weather dark. Sunday November 18th 1928 I went to The M E Church. It rained in afternoon. Art & Ella away awhile. Read papers and visited. Monday November 19th 1928 I went out on Classen Blvd in the afternoon to see Gertrude Mitchell. Stopped in near by for a visit with her Father. Walked up from transfer. Tuesday November 20th 1928 I got some mail ready in forenoon. I heard from the Carthage relatives and wrote them. A letter from Hattie. Elizabeth took me for a call in PM and a long ride. Evening here at Janes. Wednesday November 21st 1928 I was busy here all AM. Went with Grace to a club meeting in the afternoon and had supper with them. Art Mc--- walked home with me. The last of the evening talking with Jane.
