Saturday September 12th 1925 I wrote Mrs Maxfield in the forenoon. Ott got home last night. He took us over to Hatties to help with the reception. We had a pleasant time. LeGrand came in the afternoon. Ott and he came up for supper and spent the evening. I had letters from Millie, Lydia. Slightly rainy. Sunday September 13th 1925 LeGrand took Ott & me to church and came for us. After dinner when they went to ride I stopped at Hedges. Tishie and I went to the cemetery and I was at Hatties for supper. Rob brought me down to spend the evening with Birdie. Home in a taxi at 9.30. Monday September 14th 1925 LeGrand took me to the depot this morning to see about my trip west. Later I rode to town and mailed a package to Lydia and W B Mc---. Wrote Lydia and Nellie Bosell. It rained all afternoon. Wrote L D L in evening. Tuesday September 15th 1925 Did some sewing in AM. Soon after dinner I went to town in a taxi. Did some errands and went out to Elmer Andersons and Aunt Emmas. They over to Mrs Johnsons to visit with Ellen Wilcox. Down town by bus and home with Ott & LeGrand. Wrote Warner McCall. It is 39 years today since brother Rob died. Wednesday September 16th 1925 LeGrand took me over to Gertrude Smiths where I stayed till time to go to Hatties for dinner. The Missionary society met there. Very pleasant. The Byingtons came for me. We spent the evening at home. A card from L D L.
