Sunday October 18th 1925 We both rested fairly well last night and got to Boise at 11.15 AM. The family with the doctor and other friends me us. Susan stood the journey very well. There were some callers in afternoon. I wrote to Hattie & Lizzie. Mattie and I went to church in evening. Monday October 19th 1935 I wrote to Lydia and did some phoning. The Dr here with Susan some time. After dinner I went to call on Blanche Black. Stopped to order reservations for Wednesday. Callers in evening. Letters from Ott & Mrs Falk. Tuesday October 20th 1925 Wrote to Hattie & William & Mary. Afternoon spent with Ida Burkett. She walked down town with me. I went to see about tickets again. Susan rather miserable today. Wednesday October 21st 1925 I wrote L D L and card to Ott. Went down to get my tickets and sent telegram for Mattie. I only had time to get ready when the taxi came. The days travel was pleasant. It was dark when we reached Pocatello. weather beautiful all the time. Thursday October 22nd 1925 Had a good nights rest. Had lunch at Cheyenne. Reached Denver at 4.30. Left for Des Moines at 9.30. Went to bed at once. Friday October 23rd 1925 Had a comfortable day on train. William met me at 8.30. They had company. We went to a picture show. Lunch after we got home. It rained late today and is much colder. A letter from Hattie.
