Thursday November 26th 1925 I was busy in my room till we went over to Hatties for dinner which was fine. Spent the afternoon visiting while William & Ott went to the country. The evening at home. How well I remember seven years ago. Friday November 27th 1925 William took me over to Hedges soon after breakfast. I took Charlie a coat of Wills. I then called at Will Anderson and came down town on the car. I went to the bank for money. Did a lot of errands and to Hatties by street car. Cora brought us down town. She left me at Rock Island depot where I found out about ticket &c. Came back down town. Got a new hat box I had bought and came home in taxi. I had letters from Lydia, Mattie Fletcher, The Seiberts, Blanche Abernathy. Wrote L D L, Ella Wilcox, The Seiberts. Saturday November 28th 1925 I was busy at home all day. Did sewing for myself and washed a dress. The girls went to Cedar Rapids after early dinner. The Whetstones were here with them. I had a letter from Millie Byington. Wrote Lydia in evening. Sunday November 29th 1925 It snowed last night and again today. I went to S S and church with Ott. Hattie and Edith Whetstone came home with us. Ron and Cora later. Fannie had a fine dinner. We visited till late afternoon. Later I wrote Mattie Fletcher & Blanche Abernathy. Mrs Mass over in the evening.
