Wednesday June 2nd 1920 I did some sewing today fixing a dress for Hattie. The girls went to a P. E. O. committee meeting in PM. Then went to a picture show in the evening. I started to write to Lydia in answer to her letter of today. The lights went out so I went to bed. Thursday June 3rd 1920 I worked some in the yard and helped the girls with the washing. Rob & Cora away at supper time. Hattie and I had done most of the ironing. Ott went to Chicago and she went down to stay with Fannie. I was very tired to bed early. Letter from Gertrude Duncan. Friday June 4th 1920 I sewed till noon for Hattie. Cora was ironing. Hattie to Aid Society in afternoon. Monte was here working in the cellar and I was helping some. Hattie did not come to supper. Cora went back with Rob. Hattie was down with Fannie till Ott came. I looked over the paper and went to bed so tired. Saturday June 5th 1920 I rode to town with Rob and the girls came later in the other car. We went to the cemetery for Hattie to paint the urn on her lot and stopped at Aldoes for plants. It was noon when we got home. Monte was here in afternoon and I was showing him work to do. William & Fanny took me to town later. I got Wills picture in frame and like it very much. The girls both down to Fannies after supper. I worked in yard
