Wednesday October 27th 1920 Miss Fellman here again today and sewed till late. I began some tatting for pillow cases I had a letter from Nellie Boswell. We go down to Otts often to see how William is. He is not able to be down stairs. Thursday October 28th 1920 I cleaned up the sewing room this morning and regulated closets some. I brought my things into Mothers room. It has turned colder and I will not stay out in the little room any longer. The girls all went to a P. E. O. luncheon at Effie Stevens. I got Robs dinner and went down to stay with William. I wrote Nellie in evening. Friday October 29th 1920 I did some more things about putting my things to rights. I put up curtains at the bay windows to protect the plants that Hattie and I got in Wednesday. Late in afternoon Cora took us for a ride down the valley road. When we were at supper she that was Lula Bloom and husband came for some of her things. wrote card to Lydia. Saturday October 30th 1920 Cora to town with Rob early. Soon as they are dinner Hattie and Cora went to town to attend Mary Hartsocks funeral. I did up the work and went down to Fannies. Sunday October 31st 1920 A rainy day. Hattie to church. They were out in closed car in afternoon. I read the papers. Wrote to Mrs Falk in the evening. William does not see to be any better.
