Wednesday November 10th 1920 I ironed in forenoon and went to town with Rob after dinner to take Mary Andersons wedding gifts. I stopped to see Gertrude Smith but did not find her. Was at Aunt Emmas and Nell Murphys. I walked on home before supper. Hattie to the church at dinner time. They operated on Williams knee at 8:30. Thursday November 11th 1920 We were at home most of the day. Hattie was down at Fannies some. Cora fixed my hat in afternoon. After supper we dressed to go to Mary Andersons wedding at Presbyterian Church. It was very cold. Rob started to take up in The Sedan. When we struck rough ground at the foot of the hill a back wheel broke. We met Legrand right there brining Fannie & Ott from seeing William. We got in their car and went on. The wedding was beautiful. I came down to the store and Hattie went to the reception. Rob brought us home. Friday November 12th 1920 I helped Hattie finish the fancy bed-spread she has been making for Fannie. She took it down just before noon. Harry Carney with his wife whom he married a few weeks ago called. Hattie and Cora went back with Rob to go to Sousa Band Concert. I washed dishes and went down to Fannies. She had gone to see William. Will & Emily Bremner came. Hattie and I went over to New Armory to a barbecue supper. It was bitterly cold. Very uncomfortable. Wrote Ida & Lydia today had letter from Lydia.
