Thursday November 3rd 1921 I was sewing for Hattie all forenoon. Rob took she and I down to Uncle Jims in afternoon and Cora come for us. Hattie to prayer meeting. She finished my sweater. Friday November 4th 1921 The folks went to Cedar Rapids. I rode to town with them. Went up in Otts office, wrote to Lydia and then to the cemetery. I had some dinner and went out to Coralville at 12 oclock. I made calls on many of the neighbors and come down to Hedges. Was at Folsoms. I had supper at Hedges and John walked home with me. Hattie & Cora both here. Saturday November 5th 1921 We girls went to town in the forenoon. I got a new hat started. I did a little washing after dinner and was busy most of the afternoon. Cora took me to town to get my hat before supper. The girls to a picture show after supper. I did up the work. Sunday November 6th 1921 It was a pleasant day. Hattie went to S S and later I rode over to church. Hattie and I were invited to Elmer Andersons for dinner. We had such a good visit. We came down town in the car and walked home. Wrote Lorie in evening. Monday November 7th 1921 I was home all day sewing on a dress I was making over. Hattie went to a Shakespeare luncheon and lecture. Cora to a party at Stortemans in afternoon. a pleasant day. I boxed Wills fur lined coat to send to Carl Duncan. we were home all evening.
