Monday June 5th 1922 I rode to town with Rob. Wrote Lydia. Was at Otts office. Then to Senior Class Day in Campus met Hattie there. I walked home. Evening to band concert. Tuesday June 6th 1922 Hattie and I went to Commencement and Alumni dinner. Sat with Mrs Swisher and family. Very good. I then did some errands and went to Station in street car. Ott & Fannie started west. We came home with Cora driving. I got black lace for dress. Evening at home. Wednesday June 7th 1922 I packed Charlies watch to send to Nellie and wrote to her. I rode to town with Rob in afternoon and spent the time till he came home with Hazel Chalfant. Letter from Mattie Stitt. Thursday June 8th 1922 The folks drove to Marshalltown today taking Geo Crum and wife with them. Got home by nine oclock. I sewed all day fixing linin dress. Wrote Ott & Fannie. Friday June 9th 1922 I was busy sewing for myself all day. Hattie up at Oak Dale in afternoon with some ladies. Evening at home. Saturday June 10th 1922 I went to town with the girls about nine oclock. They took me to the cemetery. I put flowers on all the graves. Got home 10.30. Put some things in the garret did some washing. Cleaned my part of the house and ironed. Hattie at Mrs Broadways for supper. I spent the evening alone. Card from Lydia. Weather warm.
