Tuesday July 18th 1922 I rode to town with Ott to do some errands and Mr Graham at the store brought me home. The folks got started about 4.30 a beautiful day. I sewed all afternoon and rode with Ott & Fannie in the evening. wrote to Nellie. Wednesday July 19th 1922 I rode to town with Ott. Leslie did some work on my teeth. Did errands and came home with Ott. I sewed all the afternoon. Down to Otts after supper. Busy till bed-time. Thursday July 20th 1922 I did some washing that took till nearly noon. I rested awhile and ironed. Cards from The Whetstones. I rode with Ott & Fannie after supper. Alone all evening. Wrote to Mrs Falk and Mattie Stitt. Fine weather. Friday July 21st 1922 I went to town with Ott, William & Mary came last night. I called at Mrs Broadways, then to have my teeth finished. Went to the Cemetery. Had dinner in town. Called at Ida Andersons, Gertrude Smiths, Aunt Emmas, Mr Graham at the store brought me home. Evening on the porch at Otts. Saturday Jul 22nd 1922 Busy about packing in AM. Rode to town with Otts folks. Got me a new hat. Saw Dr Smith. The Whetstones home at 2.30. Hattie & I down to Otts in evening. to bed early. Sunday July 23rd 1922 71 years old today. How I think of my birthday the last year Will was with me. Went to SS & church with Hattie. Ott to Washington with The Byingtson and had supper for my birthday.
