Sunday October 1st 1922
Left at eleven oclock, had lunch at Venice. Then
rode through Ocean Park, Santa Monica, & Beverly Hills
past the Soldiers Home on through Hollywood. The folks
left me at my room at four oclock. Evening to church with Ella.
Monday October 2nd 1922
Out to breakfast then went to see Emily. Later was
down town. Lunch in room. Ella and I to Mission school
in PM and rode to places on cars. Supper down town. Wrote Mattie Stitt and some notes.
Tuesday October 3rd 1922
Ella and I took sight seeing trip to Harbor. Had boat ride
stopped at Walnut Park for dinner and lecture. Got supper
down town. A great day. Very tired. Emily here in evening.
Wednesday October 4th 1922
Went to Hotel with Ella for lunch. Met Della White, Laura
Haas & Nellie  Sperry. Called at The Peckham office. The
son said his father died in January. Seth Hart not in office.
Thursday October 5th 1922
To breakfast and bank. Then to Hollenbeck Home. Saw
Nan Tidd. In PM wrote to Vene, Blanche Abernathy here.
Friday October 6th 1922
Went with Ella long ride to Sycamore Park. Dinner down
town. Had note from Roxie Robener. Wrote her. Letter from Lizzie.
Saturday October 7th 1922
Wrote to Mrs Patterson at Salt Lake and to Hattie in AM.
Ella and I went to lunch early and to picture show "The
Bond Boy." The Sieberts came for me. Evening with them.
