Sunday May 27th 1923 I was buys in my part of the house all forenoon. Wrote Mrs Falk & Sue and Sallie {Reed} in afternoon and was down to see Fannie awhile. A fine rain in AM Hattie to church. Rob at the store and Cora here at home. I spent evening with Fannie. Hattie to church. Monday May 28th 1923 I went to town in taxi and home at noon with Rob. Hattie in town in PM to do errands. I worked all afternoon cleaning my kitchen. Norma washed and ironed. Edith Whetstone comes tonight. Tuesday May 29th 1923 Rob is 40 years old today. Fannie and Mrs Sheldrick were here to spend the day. They had a nice dinner for him and he got nice presents. I am making curtains [illeg] Wednesday May 30th 1923 I was sewing in AM. Rested after dinner and later Rob took Hattie Edith and me to a party at Clara Shultz. Very pleasant. We called at Mrs Shildricks and Rob brought us home. The night at Fannies Thursday May 31st 1923 Was home all AM sewing for myself. When Hattie, Fannie & Edith went to Mrs Coasts to quilt I went to town and out to Aunt Emmas for the afternoon. Hattie & Edith came out then later. Rob brought us home. Spent the night with Fannie.
