Wednesday November 27th 1912 I was busy with ironing and bread making in the forenoon. Mrs Smith brought me a thanksgiving pudding and dish this afternoon. Mrs Sunier and daughter called with her. Rob & Cora were out for supper and to spend the evening. That we always enjoy very much. A letter from Lydia. Thursday November 28th 1912 Thanksgiving day we went down town together at 10:15. and selected Will a new hat. We were all at the home place for dinner. I stayed down till 8:30 and Ott walked over to the track with me from his home The first Thankgiving with John and Mrs Bremmer. Friday November 29th 1912 Will and I put in storm sash and did some other work. I went down home at 1:15 to visit with Joe Williams who is there. I came home at 7:30. The weather in fine. Will doing some road work in afternoon. Saturday November 30th 1912 I was busy with baking &c till after two colock. Will went to town in afternoon. Hattie, Lorie and Joe Williams were out for supper and spent the evening. Sunday December 1st 1912 Ott is 53 years old today. The family were out for dinner although it was rainy. The boys went home soon after dinner but Ott & Fannie stayed till nearly night. I read some and in the evening wrote to Mary Briggs.
