Tuesday February 4th 1913 I got my dinner nearly ready before Aunt Emma, Anna & Fannie came out. Ott came for dinner. Hattie later and after that Cora come. The girls all went home together at 5:15. I was busy all the evening. Wednesday February 5th 1913 I ironed, baked bread, and did other cooking today. I got my things gatthered up to pack and the clean clothes mended and put away. It was cold day with a strong wind. Thursday February 6th 1913 I got the morning work done and dinner started. [Marne?] came up before I went. I ate lunch and went down at 11:15 and Cora & I started to Des Moines at 12:08. We had a nice trip and reached Blanches in time for supper. Spent the evening visiting. Ott went to choir practice. Friday February 7th 1913 We were at home in forenoon. I went over to the store to do some telephoning. Cora and I started out after dinner. She called at Cora Clifts and then down town where Blanche met her later to do shopping. I went to see Mrs Parsons that I met in Chillicothe and later called on Mrs [Goer?] she is a daughter of Ai Fletcher. I got home before the girls did. In the evening the folks had company and we had music. The weather fine
