Tuesday March 3rd 1914 I washed with Wills help in the forenoon. went to town at 2:15 and to The Dental Clinics to see about my teeth. I walked over home. Hattie came in a few moments. She had taken Fannie to the depot. She was going to Des Moines for a short visit with Mrs Reirning. Mr Utterbeck was out looking at the place he may rent it. I went to town with William & Loyd. home at 7:40. Wednesday March 4th 1914 I did the ironing and some baking. Went to town with Will at 1.15. On up town to see Dr Smith but did not find him. I then walked over the river. The Club met today with Mrs Teeters, we had a nice meeting. I come to town with Hattie, Rob & Cora. They were going to a play. I saw Dr Smith and got home at 8:40. Thursday March 5th 1914 I was at home all day. Took a part some things I am going to fix over. worked at tatting in the evening. I had a letter from Lyida with letters from Ira enclosed. Jane can walk again. Friday March 6th 1914 I was at home all day sewing in forenoon. Will went to town at 1:15. I finished my waist and did some mending and cleaned up the sewing litter by the time Will got home at 6:40. I worked on my tatting till bed time. Hattie has Mrs Chateau and grand-daughter from Burlington with her for a two day visit.
