Sunday April 5th 1914
It was a bright morning. I went to church. I wrote and
read some in afternoon. Went to church in the evening
and it was rainy when I got home.
Monday April 6th 1914
Will went to the south school house to a meeting. I
was sewing part of the time. I went to town at 4:15 to have
Dr Breene fix my teeth. Wrote Ida in evening. Will to [Carnal?] meeting.
Tuesday April 7th 1914
It was unpleasant weather. Will about home all day not
feeling well. I was sewing. I wrote to Lizzie Duncan about "Trixie."
Wednesday April 8th 1914
weather some better. I was sewing all my spare time. Will
feels some better than yesterday, but not very well.
Thursday April 9th 1914
Was busy all forenoon with houswork. Will & I went to town at
1:15. I was over home till after supper and walked to town
with Rob. Hattie is not well and Cora is doing the work
over there. The Students are gone. Will went to the Dr
for medicine this afternoon and Dr Breene finished his teeth.
Friday April 10th 1914
It snowed all forenoon and rained in afternoon. I went down
town late to see Dr Breene about my teeth. Hattie not well.
Saturday April 11th 1914
Busy all forenoon. Will went to town in afternoon. I went to
see Aunt Lib and then over to Hatties. She is better
and went with Joe Williams, her friend and Cora to the Jefferson
for supper. I got supper for Rob & Loyd and went to the Greek play later with the girls. Home at 10:40.
