Saturday June 13th 1914
It was raining most of the day. We neither of us went
to town. I did a little sewing and fancy work.
Sunday June 14th 1914
It was cloudy and we slept very late. I was busy with the
dinner then till Hattie and Rob came at 12:40. Soon after
I got the dishes washed Hattie and I went down to S. U. I.
Roelhard [illeg] Sermon. I came home at 6:30 and got the supper.
Rob went down an hour later than we did.
Monday June 15th 1914.
I wrote a couple of letters today and went down town in
the afternoon. Will came later and we went to the lecture
about the Layson Exhibit. we went back to the play. Hattie went
with me and we stayed all night down home.
Tuesday June 16th 1914
Got home at 8:30.
Was busy about the house all morning and we went down to
the Senior Folic at The Park in afternoon. Hattie was working
at the church. We went back after supper. Ott started to Idaho tonight.
I wrote to Ida & Nellie about the party the 26th.
Wednesday June 17th 1914
We went down at 9:15. I went up to get our tickets for
the dinner today. We were around town awhile. The
decorations for the Elks Convention are fine. Hattie & Fannie
came to the Alumni dinner too. We came home to get
our suppers and wernt back down home to stay all
night and see the fire works. Rob went up to Cedra R---
to meet Cora and we went down on the car with them.
a lot of relatives were over to see the fireworks in
the Park. we had such a nice visit with them.
