Thursday November 26th 1914 We went down to Hatties to dinner. Otts family and Will & Emily Bremmer were there. After dinner we took a long Auto ride. We went to "Solon." I had not been over the road for years. It was a beautiful afternoon. Will & I did not came home till 9:30. I rode to the station with Will & Emily. Friday November 27th 1914 William came this morning and took Will & I to the west farm. We took some things with us and went on down to Hatties. We are to stay here while she and Cora go to Des Moines for a visit. They left at 3:35. I got the supper and spent the evening at home reading. Saturday November 28th 1914 I got the dinner ready and Will did up the work. I went with Fannie in the Auto to Mary Masons to a luncheon at one oclock. We had a nice time and came away in time for a short Auto ride. Evening at home. Sunday November 29th 1914 I was at work in the kitchen all morning. I rested and read in afternoon. A foggy day. Was down at Otts jist before night. Will & I spent the evening alone reading. Monday November 30th 1914 I was busy most of the forenoon. Agnes came at eleven oclock. We got the dinner over. I went to town about two oclock and down to the depot to meet the girls at 3:08. walked up town with Rob. Will came home earlier with our things. I spent the evening doing fancy work.
