Friday June 11th 1915 Home all forenoon and rode with The Grimes Girls in their new car in afternoon. They stayed to supper and took Birdie with up for more ride till time for the picture show again. Saturday June 12th 1915 We left Bulington in a rain at 9:15. It was so muddy we could not get over the river. Got some dinner in town and went out to Coralville. Came back in time for supper. Visited with Otts folks in the evening. Sunday June 13th 1915 The folks started to Washington DC in forenoon. Will & I were up at Coralville awhile. Spent evening at home. Monday June 14th 1915 It rained some. Spent the day at home, wrote in this book and to Fannie. A lady called to know the price of our lot. Tuesday June 15th 1915 I went up to Coralville to do some washing and ironing. Will me me with the horse & buggy in town. It rained in the evening. I felt pretty tired. I wrote to Fannie again. Wednesday June 16th 1915 Cora and I went to the Alumni dinner. It was her birthday and I got her ticket for her. We went to a picture show in afternoon. Looked at fire works in the evening. Thursday June 17th 1915 We all went to town to see "The Eagles Parade." It was late when we had dinner. I was over to Aunt Libs all afternoon. It rained before they were through with the fireworks.
