Wednesday July 14th 1915 I was busy sewing when not busy with the regular work. Was in town from 3:15 to 5:50 in afternoon. Wrote to Hattie. Thursday July 15th 1915 weather very warm. at home sewing all day. Friday July 16th 1915 Still busy with muslin sewing and weather warm. Saturday July 17th 1915 I neglected the house-work to sew. Will to town in afternoon. I went down after supper for things needed. Sunday July 18th 1915 There was a terrible wind storn and rain last night. Ott and the boys were out for dinner. I wrote after they went. Monday July 19th 1915 Will helped me wash. I did some mending in afternoon before I did the ironing. Will busy about the place. Tuesday July 20th 1915 I did some baking and got the dinner. Cora was out for the day and Rob to dinner. Will went to town with him. I wrote Hattie and sent letters I had from Sister Ida & Winnie. Ott & Will were looking over money matters. Hattie paid $400 on her $600 note. Wednesday July 21st 1915 We went down early to see the Fireman's Parade. I went over the river with Cora. Will came for dinner about two oclock. I walked to town to attend George Balls funeral at the M E Church. Will & I came home at 4:30. I wrote Lizzie Lindley and Lydia Mason after supper.
