Thursday May 5th 1904 I was busy all forenoon with the regular work and worked on the tatting all afternoon I got it done. I was out in the yard some too looking after work. Will was in town] this morning. Friday May 6th 1904 Will went up to the pasture this morning and Levi was getting the garden ready to plow. I was working out in the yard some. The garden was plowed after dinner and Will was getting ready to plant seeds when it rained some. Mollie went down town. Saturday May 7th 1904 I had a very busy forenoon. I swept and dusted a part of the house and baked bread. It rained so they could not do field work. Levi got the seed corn from Kyles and did not work in afternoon. Will had sick head ache all forenoon, and fixed his planter in afternoon. I sewed all afternoon made piano cover. Sunday May 8th 1904 It rained all day. We were both right at home resting I read a great deal and wrote some. Mollie did not get back tonight. She is at Willie Andersons,
