Sunday September 11th 1904 I was busy all forenoon in the kitchen and about the house. Lydia did some writing. Will went to the pasture. Will & Mary Woolf were here in the afternoon. Nellie Bird called. We visited among ourselves all evening. weather very much cooler again. Monday September 12th 1904 I put up plums all the forenoon. In the afternoon we took Lydia down to Woolfs for a visit and we went on to town. I was at Mr John Barnes funeral at the M E Church. we stopped at home a few minutes. Hattie had Bernie Vaughn helping her do some work. Fannie is better as [is?] Mother who has not felt very well for a couple of days. did evening work. Tuesday September 13th 1904 It was raining this morning. I did the regular work and wrote some. I wrote to Father in the afternoon. Mary Woolf brought Lydia home soon after dinner We visited in afternoon and I made tatting. Wednesday September 14th 1904 The boys fixed the floor in the granery this forenoon and Will helped me wash. he put up a stove as it is
