Sunday October 30th 1904 A fine day. Joe and I went to church, met many friends there. I went back over to Venes late in the afternoon. We spent the evening talking till Laura had to go to the train. The Sandfords called before supper. Monday October 31st 1904 I went up to Mrs John Woolfs while Vene was busy in the forenoon. After noon was at Mrs Adams and at Lizzie Duncans again. did not get back to Venes till nearly dark. Spent the evening visiting. Tuesday November 1st 1904 I came over to Joes in the forenoon and in afternoon was down to Duncans to supper. Flora is there and Maurice a part of the time. It was eight oclock before I got back down to Andrews. Talked till late. Wednesday November 2nd 1904 I went up town this morning. called at Mrs Emily Cobeans and Mrs Shurts. After dinner Joe and I went to a party at Mrs Crabbs. I enjoyed the afternoon very much. We got home about six oclock. I heard from Hattie today. She was out on Sunday. Will write he has lost the little mare he bought of Mrs. Vevova. He is very busy with me away.
