Tuesday November 15th 1904 Will helped me put out a big washing in the forenoon and we went down to Marys in the afternoon. Will had been to the pasture with Arthur Swisher for "Daisy" before he came down. I folded the clothes and did the regular work. Wednesday November 16th 1904 I ironed and churned in the forenoon. In the afternoon we went to town. I called up at Nellie Swishers where I met Hattie and Mary Lathrop. we got things needed and came home to do evening work. We caught 60 hens after supper and put in coops. Thursday November 17th 1904 I helped Will load the chickens and hurried on my things to catch the 9:30 car for down home. Eugene & Emma & Henry Hart were there to visit. we spent a very pleasant day. I came home at four oclock. Will went to the pasture in afternoon brought the cattle home and turned the horses into the pasture he had rented for them. It was a fine day and evening. we caught 5 day young rosters to be taken to town tomorrow.
