Monday February 20th 1905 It was 60 years today since Father and Mother were married. a nice winter day. We went down rather early. I helped Hattie some with the dinner. There was only a small company of the nearest relatives. Uncle George Nelson did not come. We had a very pleasant day. Come home early. I read all the evening. Tuesday February 21st 1905 It was a nice day. Walter helped me wash. I was over to Mrs [Hurers?] in the afternoon. In the evening we caught some chickens to send to town tomorrow. I am knitting some. Wednesday February 22nd 1905 Will took my chickens down. They brought me $13.20. I got the ironing done before dinner. We were going down home in the afternoon but I was too tired. I did some mending. It has been warm enough to thaw quite a little today. Thursday February 23rd 1905 weather damp and foggy today. Will went to town in the forenoon took down the home folks butter. I was busy about the house most of the forenoon. We went to Rob Pointins funeral down at the church in the afternoon. Came right back and I knit all my spare time till bed time. I do not feel very well. I am hoarse and have taken cold.
