Friday July 21st 1905 I was busy with the dinner all forenoon and visiting with Nellie. We drove all afternoon. Was at the cemetery and did errand. I called on Marne Sperry. We were at home and at Woolfs. I was at very tired tonight. Saturday July 22nd 1905 I had baking and was very busy all forenoon. Nellie went in town to a picnic. I did sweeping and some mending in afternoon. A shower at supper time kept Nellie from coming back. There was a frightful accident in town about three oclock. a horse ran away throwing out Ed Craig and wife. She is killed and he badly hurt. Sunday July 23rd 1905 It was a very pleasant day. We were down to Otts for dinner and spent such a pleasant time. We were a Woolfs as we went down. Jennie had gone up to [Donners?] This is my birthday. I am 54 years old. Nellie came back with us. Monday July 24th 1905 I got mu work done so when Mrs Whedon came I was ready to begin the sewing. I had the men for dinner. We got considerable done any way.
