Thursday December 7th 1905 I did not do much this forenoon. Will Woolf and Frank Woolf who came with his Mother were here to call. The boys went for wood in the forenoon. Billy got posts in the afternoon and Will and I went down to Woolfs to see the folks and on over home a little while. Hattie does not feel quite so well today. We got six more hens. Did evening work and read some. weather fine indeed. Friday December 8th 1905 Will churned for me and went down to take Frank Woolf to the depot. I had a very busy forenoon. I got 6 chickens from Mrs Koser to take down to Mother for those she gave me. Hattie feels some better today. We did evening work and I spent the evening over to Mrs Kosers. a fine day. Billy got two loads of wood down today. Saturday December 9th 1905 It was seven years today since Dear Edith was taken away from us. I was busy at home all day. Did baking and sweeping in the morning and other work most of the afternoon. The boys got a big load of wood in forenoon. Will went to town at 12.30 and Billy got another load in afternoon. I was tired so read a little, took a bath, and went to bed early. Hattie better.
