Friday March 16th 1906 I got my work done in good time this morning. Will went to town at 9:30 to get shaved. Mr Whitaker, Aunt Emma, Carrie, Mary & Edna came out at 10 and Will Anderson with Will at 11:45. We had a good visit. I got along with my dinner nicely. They all went home at 3.34. I did churning after they were gone. I read awhile and went to bed early. weather cold. Saturday March 17th 1906 I got my work done so I went down home at 9.34 I stopped at Fannies and then went on up home. The folks up home have another girl. Hattie rode down to Fannies for a little time in the afternoon. I went over to come home with Will on the 4 oclock car. Had supper early and read in the evening. cold weather. Sunday March 18th 1906 It was a cold ugly day. I did the regular house work and read what spare time I had. Will about home. Monday March 19th 1906 It was a snowy stormy day. I was busy with the work all forenoon. Will took a hug to North Liberty in afternoon. It stopped snowing about 2 oclock. I did some sewing in afternoon and read all evening. Florence Clark here for Will. Mr Clark died this evening. Will up there awhile.
