a pleasant day. I met Alma Parvin as I was coming back to town for the car. Rob has little chickens in the store window for an Easter show. Will drove the big colts today. I read all evening. a pleasant day. Thursday April 5th 1906 I was busy with the work all forenoon and in the afternoon made my aprons. It rained most of the forenoon. The boys could not do much out-side. There was some little pigs came today for the first. Mrs Clark here in evening. She brought a hen I bought. Friday April 6th 1906 I had washing and churning both done this morning. Will went to town in the forenoon to see about road work. He came home to dinner and then went out till late supper time with the men to see about the work. The weather was fine. I did a lot of cleaning about the house and the ironing in afternoon. Read a little and went to bed early. Saturday April 7th 1906 It was warm as summer. Will took his team he sold to tome this morning. I was busy all forenoon with the work and baking bread. Hattie came out on the 10.15 car. We had such a happy day. She went home at 5.04. Will was down on the car in afternoon. I was over to see Mrs Koser after supper and read some
