Wednesday September 19th 1906 Will went after another bushel of peaches this A.M. I finished putting up what I got before noon and worked on the others till supper time. I was very tired and went to bed early. Will busy about the place. Thursday September 20th 1906 I made peach butter and that finished the peaches. I put up 35 qts and had 7 qts of butter. I put up some more tomatoes. I had a letter from Laura. Will helped me wash with the new machine, we like it very much. Friday September 22nd 1906 I baked cake, fried doughnuts, and bake bread in the forenoon. Will went to town after early dinner. I put in the whole afternoon sweeping and cleaning up the house. Wrote a card to Alma Parvin and Laura Mason. Sunday September 23rd 1906 I did up the work and went to church. I got dinner when I came home and did some other work. I read some, wrote to Lydia Mason, and did up a package to send to Aunt Sarah Mason. In the evening I wrote a letter to her. a nice day.
