Saturday November 24th 1906 There was a beautiful frost this morning that lasted till nearly noon. The sun came out warm then. I got dinner early and Will and I went down to the 12.37. We could not get on so came back and drove Nellie to town. There was a foot-ball game, an immense crowd in town. I did some errands and went to the theater but could not stay to see it finished. Came home, did the evening work, and knit and read in evening. Sunday November 25th 1906 It rained all day long. I wrote to Lydia, May, and Mattie Oustatt. I read some in the evening. Monday November 26th 1906 I did a little sewing in the forenoon. I washed out a couple of skirts and put a lot of things out to air on the line after dinner. Was down to Mrs Robinsons awhile. I knit on a mitten for Will in evening, Tuesday November 27th 1906 Will helped me out out a big washing of white clothes before dinner. I did a lot of cleaning up about the place and ironed the clothes as they dried late in the afternoon. Will doing the work about the place, It is coming of such fine weather that I wish I had made arrangements to go to Delavan. A letter from Laura today. I [churned?].
