Saturday September 13th 1902 I had ironing and baking to do and tried to churn and had to thrown it away. It was the middle of the afternoon when my work was done. Joe and I visited. It was a cold windy day and Will went in the afternoon to find a hired man. Will sold 7 hogs for $116.40. Sunday September 14th 1902 It was warmer but a hard wind blowing. Joe and I went to church and to Fannies for dinner. Will had no help and could not go. We spent the evening at home. Mollie here. Monday September 15th 1902 I was busy with the wash most of the forenoon. I talked with Joe and did sewing in the afternoon. It is 18 years tonight since Bro Rob died. Tuesday September 16th 1902 Joe and I spent a pleasant day down home. Mollie took her dinner to school and Will was busy here about the place.
