Monday April 27th 1903 I washed all the forenoon in the garret. The rag man came just in time to take my 5 sacks of rags. I did some neglected house work in the afternoon and some mending. Tuesday April 28th 1903 Will churned for me this morning. I put in the most of the forenoon in the garret and some time in the afternoon. Will went to town a few moments in the afternoon. There is a big Odd Fellows meeting. Wednesday April 29th 1903 I baked bread and had a little boy help me work. Mollie and I were going to town after school but it set in to rain so had to give it up. I read in the evening. Thursday April 30th 1903 There was snow on the ground this morning and cold too. I ironed and churned. Mollie and I went to town after school. I got a new dress and other things. It is cold as winter though bright.
