Saturday November 3rd 1900 It was a nice day to work and I did a lot of it I took up the dining room carpet and gave the other rooms in the lower story a good cleaning up. Mrs Evans helped some with the regular work but did not feel well. Sunday November 4th 1900 Will and I were both busy about the place all forenoon and went up to Stevens in the afternoon. Came home in time to do the evening work. Leonard and wife were in town all day. I wrote all the evening. Monday November 5th 1900 It was a nice day and we washed and ironed some I did a little sewing I am going to Delavan the last of the week Monday November 6th 1900 I was sewing all the spare time I had for the day. The boys went down and [voted] before noon and in the afternoon Will went up town for a man but did not get him. Tuesday November 7th 1900 I went to town this morning and did some trading before noon. Was over to Hatties awhile and took dinner at Otts. I stopped in town again and came home early. Called at Nelsons to see the new boy baby. Aunt Fanny Hepburn was at Otts. Weather pleasant
