Tuesday June 18th 1901 The men went to work down home again. It rained some today. I would have gone down but for that I did some sewing and a little work in the garden. Wednesday June 19th 1901 We washed this forenoon and barely got the clothes dry before a hard rain. The boys could not plow corn this afternoon so I got the yard mowed and did some work about the home that was necessary. Thursday June 20th 1901 Did ironing and churning today. I was nearly laid up with a lower back. Ott & Fannie with the children were out after supper. Mother has finally decided to sell two of there lots. Friday June 21st 1901 I was busy about the house all forenoon. Will and I went to town in the afternoon. Was at home to see Ida & Nellie who came today. Hattie had Maggie Scott sewing for her. I helped some with it. Saturday June 22nd 1901 We did the morning work and went after berries Will went to town in the afternoon and I went down home to spend the afternoon. weather warm. Earnest & Jennie were here in the evening
