25th came up and we went to the Sociable enjoyed it first rate got home quite early Ira came up this afternoon and he was up to the University this morning Mr Huebner gave me an excellent picture of himself this eve. A year ago tonight Sallie & Hen Cousin Fred Byington and Pete were here Pete and I were all the eve frosting a cake to take to Lizzie R_s wedding A pleasant day and most a beautiful evening. Friday Feb 23rd 1872 Taught today after school I went over to Fletchers and stayed till after supper in the evening Arth was out we practiced our tableaux and discussed our costumes Arth walked home with me am getting on finely with my scarf. The weather keeps warm and the roads are fearfully muddy. It reminds me strongly of a year ago tonight when we attended Lizzie Robinson wedding that was a time to be remembered. Charlie and Ira went out to Harrises tonight. Saturday Feb 24th 1872 Weather rather disagreeable I finished my scarf The boys went to the valley Mr and Mrs Norris was here today Ira did not come back with Charlie
