65th stay very long as I had to be at home to prepare the supper. Mr Huebner came before it was ready. After we had eaten supper him and I took a walk over to the school house and as soon as we came home started to church. Attended the Congregational church Mr [Jjams?] text was 1st Cor 13.13. And now abideth Faith, hope, and charity, but the greatest of these is charity. It has been very warm today. Monday May 27th 1872 I did the washing this forenoon after dinner we scrubed the kitchen and porch and by that time the clothes was dry enough to iron I ironed all but the shirts I was pretty tired when night come. Tuesday May 28th 1872 Hattie did not go to school today she did up the work this morning so Mother and I got at our papering early put the paper all on the parlor Mr Huebner was here this afternoon I walked down to the steps with him had a letter from Arth this morning. Wednesday, May 29th 1872 Mother went to town this morning and got the curtains for the parlor while Hattie and I put down the carpet this afternoon we
