92nd he got home last night. He called a moment this morning and was over and spent the eve It is probable he will remain in town a week or more I washed some this eve Lorna was here a few moments I was so tired I was nearly sick tonight. Had a letter from Pete and such a dear picture of himself Saturday August 17th 1872 It rained last night I ironed this forenoon and washed in the afternoon it has rained by spells all day I have had an awful time getting my washing and ironing done Miss Sherman finished the sewing today Laura and Winnie were over and spent the eve Sunday August 18th 1872. Mother Lee and Rob went to the valley It took nearly all the forenoon to do up the work Laura was over to dinner Mr Huebner came early to take me out riding We went up to the boat house and all over town, stopped at His Mothers did not get home till just night Mr Huebner did not stop. After I had got the milk strained away Hatt and I went over to Lauras and staid awhile Monday August 19th 1872 I ironed all the forenoon and in the afternoon dressed and went to town did some shopping and then went down to Sadie's
