Saving...
115th long. When I got home I found Aunty and Uncle Walker here going to stay all night In the evening I wrote a letter to Dr Harrington and one to Mr Huebner. Charlie got home tonight Friday October 25th 1872 Mother and Aunty went to town this morning while Hattie and I did up the work. After they came back Mother and I moved the stove into the parlor. In the afternoon Miss Chapin and Sister Mrs Fletcher and Daughters Chalfant and Mrs Hart were here and stayed till after supper. In the evening I knit. It has been a lovely day. Had a letter from Mr Huebner Saturday October 26th 1872 Oh this is such a beautiful day. As soon as I did my share of the morning work I dressed and went to town. Was up to the gallery and had a couple of pictures taken When I went to the P.O. I had a letter from Mr H_ containing two pictures of himself I went up to the Court House to be examined for a certificate and Mr Hampton did not think it necessary. I got my dinner at the Pinney house. Came home and went to work. Mother was to the valley and did not get home till almost night. I knit all the evening.
